Angie Wulff

I recently transferred to a university from a community college, with the help of Angie I was able to make the transition smoothly and I was able to learn more about time management and organizational skills. Angie is easy to talk to and guides you during your appointments and offers input for you to get the most out of your meeting. She continually supports you in becoming successful. With Angie’s help, I was able to achieve a 4.0 while working two jobs and maintaining an exercise program. I highly recommend her!

The idea is to produce and change situations or thoughts, as well as make a decision to move forward to create momentum and change.

Angie will help guide you towards the ownership of skill-sets and resources that encourage and support you to increase productivity and effectiveness.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:

“… partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach's responsibility is to:

    • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve

    • Encourage client self-discovery

    • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies

    • Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

The basic philosophy of coaching is we listen. We are all discovering what we want and what we need. It is easier by having a coach who has been there and can help us. Coaching is a form of consulting but the coach stays with the client to help implement the new skills, changes and goals to make sure they really happen.
